Strange and Wonderful People: Confessions of a Vintage Homemaker

July 18, 2012

One of the wonderful things about family gathers like the one we just had to celebrate my dad’s 90th birthday, is the chance to see from a closer viewpoint what God is doing in the lives of the next generation. This is especially true of my niece who hosts a wonderful blog, Our Family Unit, confessions of a vintage homemaker.

I want to recommend her post entitled Child Training Bible. Right after she talks about her new coffee pot (looks amazing!), she demonstrates how to put together this wonderful resource for parents and their children – to draw wisdom from the Word into the world where we live.

It is truly a Care Package from Heaven for parents in the thick of it all!  I think you will benefit from it.

(When you stop by for a visit with her, tell her that Ant B sent you.)
